Easiest way is to just remove the LAN cable, since it is removed, PC will not be able to communicate with Domain Controller ( No need to go in safe mode), and it will let you in as a domain Administrator, you can now reset local administrator password, you might need to unregister with domain and then join domain again, everything will be ok then.
